At N1 Estate, Package 4 offers the ultimate flexibility for a one-of-a-kind celebration. Enjoy exclusive all-day access to our stunning outdoor venue, designed to accommodate up to 24 guests. This custom package includes wedding / event planning, along with day-of coordination, ensuring a seamless experience. Plus, you have the freedom to hire your preferred vendors, allowing you to bring your unique vision to life

Our offerings also include custom signage, décor pieces, faux and real flower arrangements, and much more, ensuring your vision comes to life.
Important Notes Regarding Catering, Alcohol & Vendors
Outside food is allowed with no limitations.

Outside alcohol at N1 Estate is allowed if a professional bartender is hired and liquor licence is obtained for the event.
Outside vendors are allowed with parking limitations.
